What Carvado Does
Carvado helps UK drivers submit their details for specialist review and may identify suitable policy options from FCA-regulated providers. Carvado is not an insurer and does not underwrite insurance policies or provide insurance products directly.
Initial Estimates & Full Processing
Initial estimates are available without obligation. If you choose to have your details fully processed through Carvado's specialist quote system, a £50 admin fee applies. This fee covers manual specialist processing, submission and documentation handling. A success-based fee of 30% of any identified saving applies only if you proceed and a saving is achieved. Results vary.
Priority Pass
Priority Pass is an optional £19.99 fast-track fee that prioritises your enquiry for specialist review. It does not guarantee a specific quote, saving, or insurer acceptance.
FCA-Regulated Providers
All policy options identified through Carvado come from FCA-regulated insurance providers. Carvado connects customers with suitable options based on their declared circumstances. Carvado does not place policies directly.
Personal Data Handling
Your details are used solely to assess and progress your insurance enquiry. Information is handled securely in accordance with applicable UK data protection law and is not unnecessarily shared with third parties. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us using the form below.
Customer Consent
By submitting the Carvado enquiry form, customers consent to be contacted by WhatsApp, phone, SMS, or email regarding their enquiry. Customers confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge. Inaccurate information may affect the validity of any policy arranged.
No Guaranteed Savings or Acceptance
Carvado does not guarantee specific quotes, savings, or insurer acceptance. Results vary based on personal circumstances, vehicle, claims history, endorsements, location, and provider underwriting criteria.
Save & Resume
Carvado automatically saves form progress as you complete it. If you provide your email address, we may send you a resume link so you can return to your enquiry from any device. Partial form data is stored securely.
Accident Support
Accident support services offered through Carvado are subject to eligibility and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, payouts, or excess waivers. Our goal is to help you handle the situation properly and access appropriate support where available.
