2 EVENT ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Membership
Certain events may be available only to active Members.
Eligibility may depend upon:
- Membership Tier;
- event capacity;
- location;
- age requirements;
- licensing requirements;
- other published eligibility criteria.
2.2 Guests
Where permitted, Members may invite guests only in accordance with the booking requirements for the relevant event.
Guest attendance remains the responsibility of the Member who invited them.
2.3 Identification
Carvado may request reasonable evidence of identity or Membership before granting entry to an event.
3 BOOKING
3.1 Registration
Where booking is required, Members must complete the booking process using the methods provided by Carvado.
3.2 Limited Spaces
Many events have limited capacity.
Bookings will normally be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis unless another allocation method is published.
3.3 Confirmation
Attendance is not confirmed until Carvado issues a booking confirmation.
Submitting a booking request alone does not guarantee a place.
3.4 Waiting Lists
Where an event reaches capacity, Carvado may operate a waiting list.
A place on a waiting list does not guarantee attendance.
4 ATTENDANCE
4.1 Arrival
Members should arrive at the published meeting location at the stated time unless otherwise instructed.
Late arrival may result in reduced participation or, where appropriate, inability to join the event.
4.2 Behaviour
Members are expected to behave professionally, respectfully and responsibly throughout every event.
Members should treat:
- other Members;
- guests;
- staff;
- venue personnel;

with courtesy and respect at all times.
4.3 Compliance

- another reasonable solution.
Nothing within this section guarantees that an alternative event will always be available.
